Jess is a Pisces huh? Weird!! I know everyone does make such a big deal out of it, but you'll feel the same as you do now!! It will just be really strange for a while to say "thirty." Try to tell yourself that your 30's will be the best years of your life. They will be!!!!
Life just keeps getting better and better. 30 is a great year and is something to celebrate! You survived your 20s! Look at the upside, in a few more years, you won't have to show ID to buy beer!
Oh and most of us aren't really making a big deal out of it.... I'm speaking for everyone here and I may totally be off, but (at least for me).... its more because we love you so much and we want you to know that we recognize that you are approaching what is supposed to be a big landmark in a person's life agewise.
I have such great friends. It never really hit me that I was turning 30 until other people brought it up. It just seems so strange that it's my turn to turn 30...so unrealistic! How can I be 30? It doesn't seem that long ago that I was turning 18 and 21....Ahhh the years, they are a cruisin' by!

It will be fine! Think of it as another reason to PAR-TAY (ignoring the whole "you have a toddler thing LOL)
