Another Milestone!
We haven't been pushing the potty training thing on Eli yet, he's only 2 years and (nearly) 2 months old, but he loves to watch Potty Elmo and go in and sit on the potty. Yesterday morning, while we were getting ready, he did his typical sitting on the potty - he asks to - and he did it! He pottied in the potty! What a big boy!

Potty Elmo?? Is this a video? Reed is a HUGE Elmo fan, I'm thinking an Elmo potty video might be a good way to gently encourage him to use the potty. Would you mind posting more about it here or emailing me at millsaustin at wavecable dot com? Thanks!
(BTW, we find that right before bath is a great time to achive potty chair success since they're already naked and the running water helps them go!) -Cammy
OMG, to add to this post, today Eli went AGAIN! He told me he needed to go, then wouldn't get up until he had done both deeds! We were so proud of our little boy! I'd say he's doing pretty good. "They" say boys are more difficult than girls, and here he is at 2 years almost 2 months letting us know when he needs to go. Yes, we are fully aware this is just the beginning.
